The National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) released the AITT (CTS) Supplementary Exam Result 2024 on the official web portal, ncvtmis.gov.in. Candidates appearing for the AITT (CTS) Supplementary and Leftover exams for the vocational training programs have to enter their login credentials to check their results and download their respective mark sheets via the official portal.

The NCVT holds the AITT exams twice a year during June and December. The AITT assesses the vocational skills of the students in their respective trades, which helps in gauging their competency and enhancing their employability. After qualifying for the AITT, the ITI graduates are awarded the National Trade Certificate, which helps them to secure jobs in both public and private companies.

The National Council for Vocation Training (NCVT) made the NCVT MIS ITI Result 2024 available for both 1st year and 2nd Year students on the official portal, ncvtmis.gov.in. The NCVT functions under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. Also, the NCVT conducted the theory and practical exams for the ITI Diploma program exams, from 01 December to 05 December 2023. Both the theoretical exam and practicals were held in CBT mode.

Once the NCVT declares the NCVT MIS Result 2024 for the 1st year and 2nd years, students who have appeared for these exams should visit the official website. The next step is to log into their account on the NCVT official website and enter the mandatory details. Thereafter, they can view their results on the screen. They are also required to download the ITI Certificate.

The ITIs offer a variety of trade courses to add to the pool of skilled workers in the country.

Both the Industrial Training Centers (ITIs) and Industrial Training Centers (ITCs) are premier institutes in India that provide technical knowledge to aspirants. To source skilled manpower for industries, these institutions were founded. The ITIs and ITCs are governed by the Government of India and private organizations, respectively.

In the year 1950, in accordance with the Craftsmen Training Scheme, the technical training centres, which are considered post-secondary schools, were instituted by the Directorate General of Employment & Training (DGET) that comes under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship of the Government of India.

NCVT ITI Result 2024 Overview

Across India, there are more than 14000 Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs); these include 2204 Government ones and 12108 private ones. The training institutes are affiliated with the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT).

Both the ITIs and ITCs conduct similar courses, and the aspirants have a choice in engineering and non-engineering trades, under the NCVT category. There are varied trades that the candidates can choose from – including computer hardware, electrician, industrial painter, fitter, and mechanic – among others.

The eligibility of the varied trade courses differs. The ITI courses can be joined after completion of the 8th grade, 10th grade, 12th grade or so. Also, the duration of the programs ranges from 1 year to 3 years, depending on the choice of trade.

Upon completion of the NCVT trade courses, the students have to clear the All India Trade Test (AITT); the NCVT conducts the exams. Only after successfully completing the given exams, the pupils are granted the National Trade Certificate (NTC).

As part of the skill-based courses, the aspirants have to undergo Apprenticeship training that lasts for 1-2 years in the given trade to gain practical experience. Post-training, the successful candidates are awarded the National Apprenticeship Certificate. The experience certificate is valid and recognized, irrespective of whether the student has passed out from any of the Government-run ITIs or privately-run ITCs in India.

Every year, a considerable percentage of students appear for the ITI exams. The results for all 4 semesters (with the inclusion of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th ones) are uploaded on NCVT’s official website, www.ncvtmis.gov.in. On a state-wide basis, the results are uploaded. To view the results, the candidates can browse the NCVT’s official website, and as per the respective state, enter the required details (such as roll number and admit card details), following which they can download their results.

Steps to Check NCVT ITI Result 2024

For those candidates who have appeared for the ITI exams, for any of the semesters (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th), the results are displayed, state-wise, on the NCVT’s official website. After the results have been declared, to download the results, all you have to do is browse NCVT’s official website and enter the required details.

Step 1	You are instructed to open the official website- www.ncvtmis.gov.in
Step 2	Go to the verification section.
Step 3	You must click on the link – Marksheet Verification.
Step 4	Submit your credentials like Roll Number/Registration Number and Select Semester.
Step 5	After that, your results will be shown and be ready to download and print.
